  1. Leather is ok for comfort but you need to look after it .'
    Keep the leather fed.
Also if you keep a bike outside or the garage is a little damp or not 100% dry atmosphere then it's best to keep a stock seat on the bike and bring the leather seat indoors to keep it nice .

  2. Moved to Superbike

  3. Aren't the colours wrong for a Sargent?

  4. Think they're wrong for an Italian bike!

  5. Chewing on a similar thing myself nelson as my butt gets numb. The covers are expensive and I aint sure whats going on with the French seat lol. I am trying to pick up a cheap stock seat so I can unpick the cover, cut out some foam and insert gel pads. Anyone done this already?

  6. Ive got saxon seat covers on my 999. They're a bit more grippy and look and fit well. They do hold water and are hard to dry if got wet. Got a 10% discount code, if you decide to get one pm me.

  7. Nelson I have a black leather one from Top Gaiters on my 748. The cover is pretty good, relatively straightforward to fit if you have a decent staple gun and I find it better than the original grey vinyl cover for the right level of buttock grip wearing leathers. If you are unsure about recovering or if you want your seat redone with extra padding try Cobra Leathers on Whitehouse Rd. Annie does excellent recovering and repairs of all types of leather stuff and she does really top quality repairs to bike leathers.
