Hi all, I've had the o/e seat recovered by a company called Bootleg motorcycle seats of Preston they have covered the seat with a non slip vinyl fabric that looks like a factory fit . Trust me I have OCD when it comes to my bike & this stuff looks good & it's really grippy . All I need now is a sunny day!!!!
Take a look at the web site , a lot of it is a custom looking but that's what some people want. As for material it's a non slip textured surface. I had a D/P seat that was to tall so I had the standard seat covered , it may look standard but it's a 100% better grip . I like the way you can not tell that they have had it apart.
Thats what I am after - I like the standard seat shape etc but too slippy. I like the race seat cover but dont want to pay the price Will reach out to them and see what options they have
