Good evening. Recently got myself a Panigale 959 after having a Monster for a number of years. Had to lower it being a shorty, so I suspect I'll be hovering around the Panigale section picking up hints and tips.
do you put your feet on the pillion pegs then? does it handle ok lowered? i would avoid lowering the front, as the front mudguard will hit the fairing. If you dont weigh much, I would get a softer spring for the rear too.
It's not lowered by much, but as a 5'1" lady I just wanted a bit more feet/floor contact. Steering is very light touch compared to my Monster, and the bike doesn't feel like it's struggling to turn. No I don't put my feet on the pillion pegs, suspension I need to have s think about, as I fly out of the seat with any bump on the road. Taking it to WDW, so will have more in-depth thoughts after that
