On a watch forum I'm on they have a feedback thread in the sales section, it works well as you can see how most transaction played out and how trustworthy/helpful potential buyers/sellers are. I'm sure most on here are genuine people and ive only had good experiences of buying and selling, sadly some have not so maybe a feedback section would serve as a warning or give members confidence in a seller depending on the feedback.
