Selling Bike With Extras??

Hi guys just wondering what the generally consensus is on selling bikes with extras, such as performance exhausts, seats, dampers etc. I've notice the bike typically doesn't sell for much more with the mods so is it worth taking off and selling separately?

Thanks guys I thought as much. Thanks for the conformation. It's strange because the buyer would have to spend the money anyway if they intended to buy such extras. Guess I'll be putting a few bits up for sale soon
