Hi ducatisti, i'm glad to join the ducati family, while i'm not new to motorcycle riding, i'm fairly new to Ducati. I have always loved italian bikes, so my first bike was an Aprilia rs250, loved the bike but i didn't have the chance of owning her for a long time, after a month or 7 i kinda wrecked her, that tree just jumped in front of me (wet streets and cold tires + rookie mistake). It was pretty bad, i was hospitalised for sometime, but my own fault. After not having ridden a bike for 3 years, a buddy of mine asked me to help him with his move, and asked me to drive his R6 for point a to b (40km or so). And i experienced the joy of riding again. The i bought my sv650s (2 cyl), i did everything with it, street and track riding (modified her a bit ) and i felt ready for a new bike ! I fell completely in love with the ducati 749s !
