I’m just wondering if I could go to a Ducati dealership and get the service history for my bike from them? Is it stored in a central data base that all dealers can access? Assuming it was serviced by a Ducati dealer that is. My bike was purchased as crash damaged and so the history was missing, I got a key and logbook and that’s it. It would be nice to know that’s all.
I’m not sure quite when Ducati started with their latest scheme where all servicing can be accessed online but I’d guess 2021/2022. Before that, service history was kept on a local system by the servicing dealer and not accessible by anyone else. Andy
It’s a 2014 bike so would that mean I’d need to know the dealership that serviced it to access the information? Mot info is easy enough to see but I was just curious about what services it has/ hasn’t had.
