I've been trying all morning to reset the service light on my 1198s the old reader is connected and reading the ecu. I can do data logging but every time I press the reset service light button it says test failed. Any help would be much appreciated

Yup ignition in engine not running when I tried I will download guzzi diag and try that when I'm home next I was trying to not use a laptop though
