My recently purchased Multistrada with 9000 miles on the clock was last serviced at 6,500 miles in November 2016. Book says next service due at 14,000 miles or in November 2017. It wasn't serviced. Do I wait until I've done 14,000 or get a service done asap? I reckon it'll take me about 6 months to have done 14k, May or June 2019
Oil and filter is cheap insurance and easy to do. You could do that yourself if you have the ability. Otherwise I'd probably wait until 14K and get the big service done. At least, I assume it's the desmo service. My DVT is every 9k but from memory the earlier Multis were every 7k.
