Hi, I'm going to paint the outside of the muffler cover with HT black paint. The cover has a fibreglass heat pad glued to the inside of the cover, however the glue has dried and the pad is coming off. So is it better to reinstall the fibreglass or put heatshield in its place or coat the inside face with ceramkote? Your advice and recommendations are appreciated. One other note: the M5 x 10. Muffler screws are like butter and the allan heads round off like butter and all but one had to be removed using a GrabitPro. tool. Thanks,
