I can’t see it, people seem to be using Motul MOTOCOOL Organic+ Factory Line Motorcycle Coolant / Antifreeze - Ready To Use - 1 Litre ?
Is this the blue stuff, as opposed to the red, as I've been warned that the blue and red types do not match.
Blue is the old spec coolant. The new OAT spec is pink/red. They don't mix, or at least shouldn't be. The OAT has a longer life span of 4 years vs. the old 2 year schedule.
The ENI Agip Spezial Permanent coolant that Ducati are currently recommending is almost impossible to obtain in the UK. Looking up the ENI spec says it is a pre-mix "Ready-to-use ‘long-life’ coolant fluid for scooters and motorcycles" and is OAT based. So the Motul or any other similarly spec'd OAT based antifreeze should be OK.
