I recently had great service from Corsa Italian Superbikes https://www.corsasbk.com/ I ordered a new handguard from them for my Multi but failed to say it was a 2015 DVT, so got the wrong one from the earlier bikes. Corsa straightway accepted my return and refunded the original cost and postage. They also said they had the correct one for my bike and sent it to me straight away, trusting me to pay after delivery. I dealt with Jurian, and made him an honorary Englishman for his civility and trust. I have no connection to Corsa but wanted to recommend them for their promptness and service if you need Ducati parts. They are based in Holland.
