Hi All, I've searched on here and on the web and can't find anywhere how much oil the Showa forks on the early Multi 1000ds take, or the air gap. Does anyone by any chance have any info out there ? Just about to change both oil seals which are Kerry Packered ! Cheers, Finster
Yep, 600cc each leg - 7.5W or Donax TA, do make sure you have drained each leg completely, and maybe measure what comes out?
ok, thanks rman - bought the 'proper' kit to do this and they only supplied 1 lire of oil !! Bette get some more in ! I will be stripping them completely so there won't be any oil left in there. Thanks for your help. all the best
