Has anyone used one of these as thinking of getting one, my stand doesn't lean over to much but the flip up stand is starting to tick me off, if so do they work or just crap, MV Agusta Ducati 748 916 side stand spring bar (non-flip)
I use the "conversion" on all my bikes and wouldn't be without it. Pretty cheap from Ducati as I remember. Some silly prices wanted on eBay for similar in some cases.
Never owned a bike with a flip up stand just doesn't make sense, seems more likely that you will drop your bike because of it and getting the bike on a rear paddock stand once the stand has flipped up can be fun.

I got the one on eBay yesterday after my reply at 4,30pm and the postman has just delivered it at 11,am thats bloody quick. Made an offer which was auto accepted for £9 inc post, will fit it over the weekend. Thanks all.
