Hi All, What experience do people have with the various foot extenders out there? For me she leans over a little too much so I would like a wider and thicker style? 2020 950s Kindest Regards Richard
Not found one that was thick enough to stand the bike up. Felt most are designed to spread the weight so it doesn’t dig in on soft ground. A word of caution however if I may, bought the Ducati suspension lowering kit which included a shorter side stand for a 937 Monster. On a soft suspension setting, when you sat on the bike with the side stand down, the bike sat up so vigorously, the bike toppled over the other way. Andy
Hi and thanks for the input. As i'm quite tall I wont need the lowering kit, however point taken. I note in the manual it does say don't sit on the bike with the sidestand down which I never naturally do and the stand does seem quite stressed to me. Although it could be due to me having more experience of H.D. stands. Thanks again and I'll continue my search. Kindest Regards Richard
I’ve got an old one that was on my DVT bikes, doesn’t fit the V4 but if it fits yours you can have it for postage cost.
