Hi Folks, I'm going to need a silencer on my 600ss, leaning towards a standard one, I thought I read somewhere the 750 one would fit but not the 900, was I dreaming?, is there only one silencer for the 600?. There's one on Ebay for an SS, does anyone have the part numbers for the various fitments?. Does anyone have one they might part with?. Or any alternatives? Thanks, Alan.
The 600, 750 and 900 had differing downpipes and silencers, I'm not sure what fits what off the top of my head, but I have a full system for a 900 I could part with. Downpipes and both silencers
Hi Folks, Thanks for the replies. I was kind of hoping to keep the single silencer, as it will be a bit lighter than a twin pipe system. But of course if I knew which system fitted I would definitely consider a twin silencer system, it does look very nice. The 750 carb one is the one which fits I believe? The differences in the silencers is quite marked. I assume the longer one is the 600?. Cheers, Alan.
