Just become a new Multistrada owner,ST4S sold tonight,I understand there is a recall on skyhook for rear suspender, but I can't find any info to confirm and what it's about, can anyone shed any light.
Yes, its a speed sensor thing related to the routing of the wiring I think, so worst case it snags and fails andyour suspension sets to factory until its repaired, i.e. non active
Many thanks,I must say I do find the factory settings very firm in comparison to the non skyhook model which has a much plusher ride in comparison.
I have softened the preload but then a slight weave is detectable, which was not detectable on non skyhook multi ride,on the same roads at Same speeds
Ha know what you mean!! Endless options... I do know that when I choose two up for preload it emcees earns ride height a lot but doesn't feel any different suspension wise
Aha I see the settings front and rear are set solo no luggage,I have left sport at default setting as I do not use it,touring I have put onto the first of the soft options and urban the softer soft setting, touring I find a bit jittery even on soft, but any softer and it's weavee.
+1 on don't use sport. Not even engaged it once yet I add some compression and rebound on touring, and left preload as was and it made it more taut and stopped a slight wallow when speed picked up. May be worth adding 2 'clicks' on the rear and seeing what different it makes, but leaving preload as std rider only
