    All,
I need you to confirm something for me.

For the last few rides I felt the suspension to be too soft and bouncing all over the place. I noticed the Sport and Touring mode to be almost as soft as the Urban mode.

After playing with the settings with no solution decided to disconnect the battery and reset the whole lot.

Suspension now primes ok on the different setups and seems to be back on the right hardness level - not taken the bike out yet.

On Sport and Touring after switching off the ignition the suspension remains hard or even harder as expected but on Urban mode it remains soft . My problem is that I cannot remember if this is the way it should be.

Please can you do a quick check and let me know the status of the Urban mode with ignition on and off on your Multi.
    Many thanks

  2. No, always hard when switched off. My rear shock gave up about 45,000miles. Super soft all the time. Found one on ebay for £150. (I'm sure every other multi has less milage so probably good) Fairly easy swap once you've got the lower bolt out.

  3. As above, when my sensors were playing up it went rock solid

  4. Are we still talking about Skyhook Bradders? :p
