  1. I couldn't stand it any longer and went for a spin around Eryri today, The roads were fine apart from the salt and when i got home i had to clean all the shite off , There were quite a few bikes about!

  7. Gwaun Miskin is near Llantrisant. About 5 miles NW of Cardiff.

  9. This is the planned route - looked at loads of resources to try and take in the best roads, let me know what you think

  10. Mostly that looks really good.

    However, you've just missed one of the finest roads in the country. From Llandrindod Wells up to Newtown. To be perfectly honest, the road you have picked is great too. But the other is sublime. There aren't many bad roads around there. If you have time, the road from Newtown through Cearsws towards Machynlleth and then on to Aberystwyth is good too.

    And I'm glad to see you've included the God road, the A4212 to Bala :upyeah:

  12. Bob avoid the A55, Its Shite.. and maybe go along the A5 From Llangollen to Bangor instead ! otherwise a nice route.

  17. Just checked the route and we do go on the A483 from Crossgates to Newtown - is that the one you mean - I heard it was the best road in the country so had to include it!
