You could run 108m billet(older style) brembo monobloc calipers, which are around £1250-£1500 secondhand.
Scuse my ignorance and stupidity here, but what's the difference between billet and forged 108 calipers, in terms of their fitment on these forks. I'm not really looking at caliper's (that I can't afford) for a set of forks (that I can't afford either). Like these for example... As regards fitment, nothing. Nice but the bill to fit the forks and calipers will be worth as much as or more than the whole bike i reckon.:smiley:
Why's that? Not saying your wrong, I know nothing on the subject of fitting race parts like this to a bike. If you have the forks and caliper's, where does the expense in fitting them come from?
Not the physical cost of fitting but the cost of buying them to fit. I suspect the up keep of forks like that will be expensive too. I doubt they use much in the way of off the shelf parts.
Lets hope the adds not a scammer. When I goggled the info, about 3 other adverts for the setup came up on few sales sites. M.R. sold this setup last year on ebay. Advert was exact copy of there's.
