  1. ...............what's the next new model/s? And why?

  2. to be fair, guessing there was gonna be a baby Pancake wasn't Rocket Surgery given the history of smaller models following the big ones...

not had a mini Diavel yet - but who'd want that!

  3. well there seems to be buzz of an 1198 Monster, how about a version of that with a bikini fairing and luggage, it could tick a hell of a lot of peoples boxes...

  4. They need to do a 125, bit like the 'prillia RS125. I see lots of kids riding these little race reps an they look great. Also, there's plenty of race series to run them in.

    single cylinder 125

Maybe call it, oh I don't know.... A Cucciolo? :upyeah:

  5. Or a Cagiva Mito

  6. Id like to see singles and V4's Think along the lines of a cheaper to produce Supermono and Desmo

Cant see the point of an 1198 monster when they have the SF. Maybe they will regurgitate the ST models. Obviously the Pani engine will end up in the Multi

  7. I think the 1198 monster is a given to be honest, the spy shots are pretty far down the line and exactly the same type of staged shots they used for the new hyper.

The monster will be unveiled this year without a doubt, Ducati want something to go head to head with the KTM 1290 SD, the new BMW s1000rr Naked and the V4 Tuono, the Streetfighter is a bit old hat now against all of them so id say it'll be a good move.

Besides, non of the current Monsters are exactly 'monsters' are they, quite sedate really.

  8. 1199RR at 64.000 euros :)

  9. 1248 rr

  10. Tuned down 400cc engine good enough for learners, in sports bike and mini Multistrada guise....

But Ducati need to look at their prices, definitely.

  11. The front cylinder off an 1199 would give you a featherweight, low-seat 600 supermono with 95 bhp. They could sell 1000 of those pretty easily; and they would appreciate in value afterwards.

  13. Pre-Audi, Ducati always seemed to need to be seen as 'going their own way' so I will go with a Multigale 500 cc V5 :upyeah:

  14. when did that ever stop them..

Ducati prices are simply bullshit...you charge and they will come....

    in their pants.

  15. Minigale R......

  16. yeah........to homologate it for...........ah, bugger. OOOh, the 899 series.....YEAH!

  17. I would love to see a 600cc v4 supersport bike.

  18. Whatever they do, they should keep the capacity above 600cc. I really don't want to be seeing 'budget' Ducatis with L plates on....wow, I didn't realise I was such a snob
