  1. Is there anyone on here that has proper experience of house sale 'law' etc?

    AL.

  2. Lawyers aren't cheap, but they are available.

    What is the issue ?

  3. If a property (house and garden....IE residential use) is under one title at Land Registry with an adjoining piece of land (agricultural land) is under a completely separate title......

....I wonder if they can be sold individually to the same buyer at the lowest stamp duty rate....and in fact, does SD actually apply to agricultural land?

    AL

  4. Can't help on that one Al but it sounds a simple enough question, I can't imagine that the answer will be difficult.

  5. yes you can split the properties in question...your accountant should keep you right
