Sadly, I'd have to sell the house (and next door as well,) to buy this..... Vincent BlackPrince 1955 Fully Restored | eBay
I can remember in the late 70,s early 80,s going to verrals in tooting bec every time I visited my grandparents (lived by Wandsworth common) with my old man and looking at the vinnies etc in stock that were for sale for a few grand, cheaper than a new Jap bike and now jeez through the roof. Lovely though
For years the Series D Vincent Black Knight/Prince was my ultimate dream bike. I've ridden a D (around the TT course), but never owned one. Now never will.
Engine is (looks) a work of art....The rest looks like it's about to harass Allied Shipping in the North Atlantic!
Obviously had a ton of work and care in making it look so good. Shame about the electrical connection, why use a piece of crap like that? just ruined the whole bike for the sake of pennies.
