Risky. A great rider, but I think he'll get a least a web ride for 2014 as he'll be good position to negotiate  he deserves a ride at the top at the very least. Really nice guy too
Seems decent bloke giving 100% so if it isnt his choice, ie there isnt an offer on the table, its a travesty. If he is taking a year out tho, mega risky....who's taking Biaggi's ride ???
Ginters maybe. MCN reckon it`s the reason he chose not to ride for Fixi Crescent Suzuki. Second paragraph. Crescent Suzuki blast Guintoli for reneging on 2013 contract - | Motorcycle Sport | MotoGP News | MotoGP Results | MCN
I can't help but think of him as "A company man". I used to cringe watching him doing post race interviews etc. I'd like to thank ..... and that's it. Zero personality. People bang on about Stoner having no post race charisma but compared to this geezer he's an absolute hoot. Perhaps its not by accident. Summat I said?
Mmmm ....Great stuff BSB, hope to get to more rounds next year! Must say a bit shocked to hear this, like to watch him, although cannot see how this can possibly help him reach his goal? so maybe could be some other reason?? It sounds like he has all but given up and wouldn't be surprised not to see him in 2014! which would be a shame, years of hard work and all things considered!!!
As everyone else has said, if he hasmt been offered a decent deal for next then wtf is going on?? Racing is more about politics and money than talent-always has been. Personally i dont blame him for wanting to take a year off. Yes is risky in terms of his career but it isnt exactly going upwards is it? And like the man said, he's given everything, made sacrifices and i dare say its had an adverse affect on his relationships with family, friends and women. Racing, like many careers probably looks a lot more glamorous from the outside.I dont blame anyone who gets sick to death, doing what they do and not getting the advancement that they either want, deserve or strive for..Particularly when those reasons have little or nothing to do with ability but luck and politics. If he doesnt want to race, fair enough, same as stoner....ultimately, its his choice, no one elses..So good luck to him, however he wishes to play it out.
I'd like to wish Tommy Hill all the very best with his career, but I can't for the life of me see how if your not in the shop window how you can sell yourself..... Bizarre move for me!
Interesting discussion with moody and co on Eurosport, about he's had enough of the risks, career standing still, baby en route and has a good second career choice as graphic designer. Likewise to Stoner, young but whole life been dedicated to racng, all else aside, and priorities changing. Whats the bets he stays within the racing fraternity in that job, he has the contacts, then next year makes a comeback...

'Hill and Hill Decorating' coming to a yellow pages new you All joking aside I think its a shame. TH is an exciting racer and when I chatted to him at a Brands Hatch Track day, was a really nice bloke. Wishing you all the best for the future dude
