Sp Or Rve

  1. Ive been looking for either an sp or rve, the dilemma now is go brand new for an rve £13,400,or a 2022 950 sp with 1,100 miles , termignoni end cans for £13,500, im swaying towards the sp,

  2. The SP, the RVE has basic suspension. Andy

  3. I’d buy the SP bud, its residual value will hold up better. I do like the RVE paintwork though.

  4. SP all day long

  5. The RVE is nice, but is largely cosmetic. The SP has material improvements.

  6. Agree with the above, go with the SP any day of the week! The RVE is really just an expensive sticker kit running the base model's suspension, wheels etc.

  7. yeah ,valid points alright,it was the new price that was sorta swaying me towards the rve,but ive been in contact with a fella selling a 2022 sp with low miles ,hopefully sort out a deal next week:)

  8. If there was a £2k difference I’d say get the RVE, but if they’re roughly the same price, get the SP

  9.
  10. I’d definitely go SP…….

  11. That looks great. The only thing stopping me from getting one is that I'm waiting to see if they announce a new model later in the year.

  12. Cheers. Strange that Ducati have released details of the 2024 RVE but nothing on the SP.

  13. SP, no brainer for sure

  14. As the current Hyper is one of the oldest models in the current lineup, it would make sense for an all new model to be along soon. Time will tell, I guess.

  15. ive a deal almost done on a 2022 sp,only concern is the ride up from birmingham to stranraer ,that'll test my arse no doubt !

  16. You don’t have to return to Birmingham though if you don’t want to.

Not a truly bad road from Stranaer though it’s only once you fetch onto the M6 that it’s a little bit pants.

  17. flying into birmingham ,just riding up,yeah the m6 is definately gonna be the worst bit

  18. Seeing as how you're planning to fly down to Birmingham, wouldn't a (trustworthy) courier be possible?

  19. Yeah looked into that, its a possibility but a fair bit more expensive
