I have just become aware that Ducati (Cagiva) did some short run specials in the 90s. This is one, the 'Joe Bar special'. According to a 1993/4 french magazine, there were 100 done and they sold for 69,900 francs. Some research about 'Joe Bar', apparently this is a long standing french motorcycle cartoon series.
