Hi- I would like to replace the external fuel lines between the tank and the fuel injectors on my 996 (not the submerged fuel lines). I heard that there might be a BMW equivalent and would like to know the part number. Barring that, what are the specs for the external fuel lines (internal diameter, pressure, etc.) ? Thanks!
Any 5/16 fuel line suitable for fuel injection will do. Fuel pressure is 3 bar and most lines are good for 6 bar pressure. Something like SAE30 J6 spec is plenty good enough.
