Hi, can anyone tell me if the 998r with ohlins has a different speedo drive to a 998 fitted with Showa? I've just done an ohlins swap and there's about a 2mm gap between the inner of the fork bottom to the speedo drive face! It'll probably be ok if I just get the dremel on the plastic shroud but just wanted to check! Cheers
Part numbers for the speedo drive on MY02 748, 998 and 998R are all the same. Compare the various models parts books downloads from here http://www.ducati.com/ducati_genuine_parts.do the drive ring number changed for later issue books but the part is the same
