  1. Not the best service really...

I ordered a chin vent for my Arai. It was an eBay listing with details on postage.

Cue an email telling me I'd have to send it down to their DNA centre at a further 15 quid.

I asked for the item just to be posted and I'd sort fitting it myself.

Reply was that the item shouldn't be listed in eBay and they couldn't sell it individually. (Listing is still up Arai Chin Vent - UJ Type | eBay )

Why not include that in the description and tell punters they'll have to send it to them first??!!:Wacky::Wacky::Walkingdead::Meh::Facepalm:

    Rant over....

  2. This is rare from SBS to be honest. Everyone, every company makes mistakes.

I've always found them to be very good.

  3. I have had reasonable service from them too, but never bought from their eBay site.

Personally I would have taken the Helmet to the nearest Arai 5 Star place, just had the chin strap changed on my RX7GP FOC at Helmet City. I have bought visors from Motorcycle Helmets, Helmet Visors & Pinlock Antifog Inserts
