I need a good OEM sprocket..........(37 teeth / 520)...........anyone want to part with one.......?? ...........I have had to remove mine because my sprocket carrier appears to have spun the bearings in the housing; so I was going to transfer the sprocket to my spare carrier, but having laid the sprocket on a flat surface, it's bent and I'll bet it won't pull down straight......
I think I might have a renthal one in that size... I'll have a look later when I get in, if no one else can help before than
I might be OK........I cleaned up the one that has good teeth and a 1mm slight curve to it, cleaned all the nuts and threads up of the spare carrier..........Oh why can't silly b*ggers clean off all the old Loctite when they are fitting a new sprocket.......there was loads of it, all different colours; plus clean up the sprocket carrier so the new one sits flush......? I then bolted it down across the bend first, then all the nuts until they were tight-ish and checked it seated OK.......Then got out the torque wrench (first time I used one on the bike) and finished it off.... Stuck an axle in and clamped it in the vice and checked run-out......If there is any, its minimal.......less than 10 thou......However, I will still change it if one comes my way. Trouble is, now it's all clean, I spotted something else (in addition to needing brake pads).........see new thread 'Can't remember....'
