My clutch is squeaking when engine warmed up and stopped. The squeak is down at the gearbox side and squeaks when clutch pulled...Everything working fine.... any ideas?
Hi, is the noise from the operating mechanism or internally? If the former a spray of silicon lubricant (Halfords) may do the trick. If from the clutch internals I would take it to a dealer for comment but as it runs in oil I would be surprised if this is the case.
Sounds like the slave cylinder - it is a known problem as they are not very good quality and mine has just developed this problem - hoping to get it sorted under warranty before it runs out....
