Had an advisory on my MOT that something was a bit slack on my rear shock (750SS Showa MY2000) now my rear shock has started to squeak, so I am guessing that rear shock bearing is going? What exactly am I asking for as I obviously need to replace the top and bottom ones, but I don't even know what I am asking for. Any help is appreciated.
Pits try this (http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f41/900ss-showa-gd022-rear-shock-stuff-2605/) not sure if 750 is same as 900, but if you get them out and measure them I am sure you will find some part numbers for replacement bearings somewhere ont tinternet. Cheers, Gaz.
is this a carby or injection SS? If its a carby its worth looking around for the longer IE shock to quicken your steering up? Two birds, one stone?
It's an injection so already have it, nice thought though , I have fired off an email to K Tech and see what they come back with Cheers
