So, after the cancellation of a wedding I thought I'd use my non refundable rooms in Crystal Palace as a base for a short biking tour. Now my local bikers cafe that I choose to ignore due to high prices and low quality is Squires Milk bar, Sherburn and by chance I passed Loomies and thought I'd call in to compare. Turns out they're both the same. So that's a dead heat. TB
Loomies as in EDIT: West Meon loomies or is there another one?, i go for ride outs past Loomies regularly(when weather good) and very rarely go in there but if wanting food i use the west meon pub opposite Loomies, good food and good prices, they also do a two for one meal deal thing.
plus there's a "burger" van nearby now I think Wayne? if ever there was an indication that you ought to improve your food quality/pricing..
Yes there is a burger van on the Alton road on a crossroad in a big layby, Debbie and can't remember her other halfs name but they are really sound and good quality grub at a good price, Debbie used to give me and my friend a free second cup of tea, down to my friend, he could talk the birds out of the trees!!
I think i may have been to the H cafe! A few weeks back with @brettski ... didnt eat there though, we just made his missus que for an hour to get us a can of coke...
Take a ride down to Cornwall (Callington is the nearest town) on a Sunday morning and visit Louis Tea Rooms on the side of Kit Hill, the parking area will be almost full of bikes and the food is "Spot On". The view down the Tamer Valley and out to sea is very pleasant as is the Biking company. Also the roads in all directions are close to biking heaven... Steve R
I wouldn't say frightened.... OK... frightened may be correct.... but i know she loves me.. not as much as ya dogs do though...
This is true .ish... the whole downstairs at Brett and Jo's belongs to the doggys so it don't matter where I pass out I wake with em snuggled up! I'm not complaining though
