Stator

  1. Good morning All,

    The stator on my 1993 900ss is failing.

    Does anyone know where I can find a decent quality replacement or someone that rebuilds them?

  3. Yep I replaced the burnt-out stator on my Tuono V2 with one from them and it was spot on

  6. Thanks all for your advice. I went with the Electrosport option:
    ALTERNATOR MOTO GUZZI/DUCATI ESG814 Electrosport | eBay
    Better than OEM if you believe their advertising blurb.

    My bike is converted to 944cc, has FCRs and high compression pistons with gapless rings. I use a high capacity AGM battery to deal with cold starting esp in winter, which can be a pain sometimes with the FCRs.

    I'm interested to see how this stator performs relative to the OEM unit.
