I took the bike to karate Wednesday. normally get a lift with a buddy of mine but he's jetting off to Australia for a year or 2(not jealous not at all honest) so thought I'd take the bike as not too cold yet. All the way there I was telling myself roads are greasy, easy on the throttle etc. They really were as well, not a particularly enjoyable ride to be honest. Anyway, got there and lots of ooh that's a nice bike, very loud!, is it a ducati, what model etc which let's be honest is always nice. Good lesson see you all next time. Get the bike fired up and commence the helmet and gloves ritual. Look up and there is a line of heads poking out the doorway like a scene from the sound of music. Quick tour of the car park to get pointing in the right direction, maybe a bit more throttle blipping than strictly necessary. Turn out onto the little road, sit her up and off we go. Open the taps, lots of noise but oh dear what's this, this is not the direction I chose! Left a bit right a bit. I don't dare close the throttle so we just slithered on down the road for a bit until finding some traction. Thank tamburini for that! Nice and steady all the way home!!
I was wondering where karate was :Bag: Thank goodness for traction ya little show off :Oldman::Smuggrin::Snaphappy:
