The steering lock on my 1199 doesn’t seem to click in to place on the yoke on my panigale - it doesn’t seem to go past its point if that makes sense. I know the same can happen on the 916 due to steering head angle, is it the same on the panigales? This one has been set up for track use, it did have r and g lock stops but took them off..
It was the little r and g ones I took off. Didn’t realise there are others I can adjust, new to the panigale. Where are they and how are they adjusted?
Found them at the bottom, didn’t realise they had little adjusters on them. Is there a science to setting these up or a case of adjusting them to where the lock can operate and maybe a tiny touch further?
Sorted for now, just fillowed the method above so I can now use my steering lock but so the brake and clutch levers don’t foul the nose. Sorted
