Sorry to hear this. Things like this make me so angry. I hope you get it back unscathed, failing that, a hassle free insurance pay out.
It is a courtesy bike loaned to me while my MTS is in for warranty work and I will have to part with the £1,000 insurance excess if it's not recovered, so I'm very keen to get it back!!
That's a right pain in the arse. Glad it's not your personal bike though. I remember trying out some bikes in Jack Liley triumph. They wanted £2000 excess which I did. Luckily nothing happened.
