My immaculate dream bike was stolen today by some thieving scum. Parked in a secure car park in the Liverpool suburbs (Old Swan) with CCTV and a manned receptionist looking on. In the 50mins I was in there they’re jumped the barrier, snapped the steeeing, Houdini’d an Abus disc lock (remnants also taken), and pushed it off into the estate opposite. Regardless of how generous (or otherwise) AGEIS decide to be, I’ll be unable to buy another. Or probably insure one (protected NCB), as they’ll likely boost the premium. It’s devestating. Anyone with experience of the insurance aspect with good news??
LF,So sorry to hear this bad news,,my girlfriends friend is also doing battle with the insurance company at the minute see (scumbags thread)he will paid out less than a replacement one costs which leaves him short on the money front for a new datatool alarm/chain and padlock etc.but at the end of the day it will replaced and he will start again and back on the road,Good luck with your claim
