Not only exclusive use of the Losail track but having all those spotlights running, a cheap track day it isn't, someone must have been there with a big stack of coins feeding the meter  Stoner making a return, if only for a wildcard ride, would really put the cat amongst the pigeons. Here's a longer video from the same test with an interview (you need to be a MotoGP.com subscriber to watch though).
I can't see him not wanting to come back for a few races. He's registered to race and at Philip island testing, he showed he was quicker than both Dovi and Iannone. The Ducati looks pretty competitive against the yamahas and Hondas from last weekends race, so he'd have a good chance of taking a win I appreciate he said he was done with racing, but his racers ego must be going mad sat in that pit garage knowing he's potentially quicker than the other two and they're fighting at the pointy end of the field
you're forgetting that the poor little love had had enough of speaking to the meed-ya, not racing
Exactly how many points must have been awarded in the previous year of competition to retain your FIM International Road Racing licence?
I spotted that too. I can't believe he's running a road shift....must be pulling away in second surely
I'm not Stoners biggest fan,but I'd l-u-u-u-r-v-e someone to come along and put the Duke in front of the Yamahondas...
in yesterdays mcn (if you believe their quote to be honest) stoner is dismissing any rumors that he may actually race, saying something along the lines of it may have been something he wanted from Honda when peds was out but its not what hes looking for from ducati... I'm no big fan of his personality but would love to see him back ...even if just for the odd wild card, but don't look like its gunna happen ...
There was talk on BT Sport commentary about this gearbox shift pattern being introduced recently, and a discussion on how it would work as they couldn't work out how a rider wouldn't shifft all the way down the box to neutral. (I thought that once on the move, neutral could be locked out to prevent the rider shifting all the way down and limit the shift to 1st). Anyway, to my eyes, Stoner pulled away in 2nd.
