Streetfighter Mudguard same as 1098?

  1. Hey guys and gals, would anyone be able to tell me if the 1098/848 and 1098 sf mudguards are the same? Look bloody similar to me anyway! Wouldnt mind picking up a secondhand one for my 'fighter and a few listed on ebay. Cheers!

  3. All I can add is that the fighter mud guard fits onto a st4 Which was my project bike. I also found that a monster one fits. Don't know if that helps m8.

  4. My Streetfighter S and 1098s mudguard look the same. The SF one does have a Ducati logo on the front though.

  5. Cheers lads, seem to be very similar but knowing my luck i'll order one and it wont fit....:rolleyes:

  12. Same forks so would fit.

    BTW a 1098 mudguard will fit 916 forks and also Monster (at least some variants) but the 1098 mudguard wraps around the forks more for better protection.

  13. Thnaks buddy. Just worried as I picked up 1098 carbon heel guards over the Christmas and they were way off. Damn ebay mobile...makes it too easy when sitting on the jacks.....
