A Dutch colleague who I work with and who is an avid Ducati fanatic, is selling his Ducati 999 Biposto (Red). He has owned this bike from new and it has lived in his living room and recently been sat in a dealers showroom since he bought it. The bike has a genuine 174 kilometers TOTAL on the clock. It is to all intents and purposes brand new. The bike has just had fresh oil and new filters fitted, fresh coolant and brake fluids, a new battery and new cam belts fitted and runs perfectly. The bike comes with all the original paperwork, original bill of sale, maintenance booklets, keys with code card, and the original 2003 factory folders and price list. The price I am told he is looking for is around 10,000 Euros (around £7000) which is phenomenal given the mileage and it's obviously as new condition. If anyone is seriously interested please let me know and I will pass his details on to you. He has the VIN number which I wont publish on here, so you can check the validity of the bike and dealer's details in Holland who will verify the mileage and condition, if required. This really is a unique opportunity and if it weren't for the fact I already own a bike, I would be seriously tempted. I would just add that he is a friend and there is no financial gain in this for me. I am just doing him a favour, by posting it on here. It is advertised from today on a Dutch Ducati forum as well, but no where else, aside from here. I have attached a selection of photos he sent me tonight. As far as I know there is little difference in spec other than the headlight from UK models, but please check (Ducati UK or the factory will be able to tell you, what if any there are) .
Bump. This bike is still for sale. The owner is open to offers and as I said, there is nowt in this for me, but this is possibly the lowest mileage 999 available anywhere.
