Suicide Prevention

  1. Im sure someone been affected by this delicate subject and probably most know someone or of someone who has taken their own life, I know of two, thankfully not recently and not people I was close to.

    Yesterday I saw an interview with several people on BBC Breakfast, one of the three fathers whose daughters had committed suicide and were raising money and awareness of the papyrus trust, Sam Allardyce and Andy Burnham, there was another man who I didn’t catch his name.     I see it as being a bit like a biker down, or emergency first aid at work course, you hope you never need it but if it gives you one tiny morsel of information that saves someones life it was well worth the paltry investment.

    You don’t need to like either of these blokes, just be pleased they are prepared to give a enough to advertise/promote what could be a vital lifesaver.
