Well it isn't "going to be shot anyway". It's one rhino out of 5'000, so it's making fuck all conservation difference one way or the other. More than likely a decent part of the $350'000 will find its way into some official's pocket.
Appalling. Why don't we put all terminally ill people into an arena and charge rich Americans and Germans to hire guns to kill them. Saves money on care costs and earns additional revenue on top. Win / win.
