Supercorsa Sc1,sc2

  1. My rear tyre is U/S. A friend gave me a set of used Pirelli Diablo supercorsa's front sc2 rear sc1. They have loads of tread but look at the pics.
    Should I fit them and try clean them up or just throw them away image.jpg

  3. Sp1/2,strictly speaking are a track based tyre, a slight few may disagree,if you ride only on hot days and ride fairly hard to keep some temp in them,may be,if it was me i would just buy some new tyres and save them for the track.

  4. Just a bit of cold tear. It'll clean up fine. But an SC1 isn't gonna last very long!

  5. Will normal riding clean them up?
    Will they have no feel or grip on the road?
    I just want to use it til I got some cash for a new set.

  7. they will be fine, will have loads of grip left,thats just cold tear and will eventually scrub off on the road just get them warmed up before you marc marquez it into a corner

  8. If it's only one side such as mine from Brands you can turn tyre round - make no difference but got a whole fresh side :)

  9. Yeah they'll be fine, and fine on the road too but as a previous poster mentioned you'll get better value if you do track days on em as they're sticky and won't last long on the road. I've used em on the road no problems.

  10. Use nothing but track compound on the Road - reminds me I need a sett of wets for the supermoto

  12. Ha ha going to run the supermoto thru the winter as my winter hack and it's no use on cut slicks
