Hi everyone I've managed to get hold of an as new Superpole seat but it doesn't come with the two screws that bolts it down. The seat has flanged inserts which looks like they go with a normal bolt rather than the shouldered bolts the standard seat uses, can anyone advise what bolts should be used? Thanks in advance Andy
I’m sure I just used dome head bolts and washers. But that was over five years ago and I can’t even remember where I was this morning. Sorry!
Due to the fasteners being in a well in the seat, I recommend using stainless screws to avoid unsightly corrosion.
Managed to get my hands on a new superpole a while back which still hasn't been fitted. Bolts measured M5 X 35mm. The bore of the collar is 5mm. The top diameter of the collar was 16mm. The outer diameter of the bottom part of the collar is 8mm. The length of the collar was 12mm, 2mm for the top part, 10mm for the bottom part. Hope this makes sense.
