  2. Nice. I usually just resort to some random adjustment and then nod knowledgeably on the next ride when I convince myself it's so much better.

Although they may have missed the entering turn symptom of "your in a ditch" with a corrective action of "keep to your ability next time."

  4. Coming from old BMW's (up to 2003) there was NO adjustment possible on the suspension, just preload and a tiny screw S/H for the rear shock without clicks that broke as soon as you touched it. Ducati's were/are in a different league, took me 35 years to find out.... ;-)
One fast turn I ride almost everyday for 30 + years with a 70 kph speed limit, never got over 130 kph on a Beemer, the MTS, 160, easy, The 996 even wants to go faster there... can't risk it... crossroads to close ahead..

  5. Yeah, same here with the old V-Raptor. The standard suspension had no adjustment at the front and just preload on the rear.

The front was er... crude and had so little effective damping you could hear the keys rattling about when hitting bumps. Not too mention spitting me off with a tank slapper...

Matris cartridges were worth every penny.

  6. HUGE improvement on my last R 1150 RS Beemer YSS front WP rear, still not enough to not go for a Duc.
Immediately lost 40+ kilos and full Ohlins, cheers! Screenshot 2022-08-09 at 19.53.15.png Screenshot 2022-08-09 at 19.52.27.png
