Suspension Set Up

  1. I have just had my standard suspension set today, on my 1098 at JHP in Coventry.
    Wow! I thought the bike handled well before , it feels much smoother now entering corners and not so hard over the bumps... Money well spent... :upyeah:

  3. I had mine set up by 100% suspension at a Mallory track day. Brilliant service, transformed the handling. £45 :upyeah:

  4. John was a sound... Only changed me a hours labour..£78 inc vat
    Well worth it!! Graham on this site pointed me there...

  5. I've booked in for race lab on the 4th June. £99
    Had it done on the 848 and was worth every penny.

  9. Dropped my 899 off at JHP today for suspension set up ,i aint got a clue so best left to them who know.

  10. How can they set it up without you being there?
    Surely it's set up to your weight and riding style.

  12. Then have set the rear sag for me softened the rear as it was hard.....
    They mentioned other stuff but it's Lost on me. I wasn't on the bike..

Like i said i have no idea when it comes to suspension,what i do know is that Ducati do not do any alternative springs for the rear shock for fat nackers like me,so i fitted a ttx sprung for my weight and it seems stupid spending money on Ohlins and not having the bike at very least in the ballpark.

  14. I think it's a confidence thing as well.....Knowing JHP have set the bike up correctly..
    Money well spent...
