There was a thread on here where the chap posted his setup sheet which I what I used to setup mine as we were a similar weight, albeit a little heavier than you at 12 stone, but it might give you a rough idea - if I can find the thread!
I did have a search but couldn't find much. Bike came from factory set to 'F' so might change it to ' P' and see if that helps
So I found what it was I originally quoted, it was actually over on the US based ducati1299.com forum. A few people have posted up their setup, but as above really, you'd be best off taking it somewhere and getting it setup for £50 or whatever these places charge. Hi Mate you have got the best suspension guy not very far from you try Daren MCT suspension in stowmarket 01449777161 he transformed my 1199s from a great bike into something of the planet, it is sublime not a lot of money to get the very best out of your suspenders it now feels like a different bike.
Im about same weight as you, for a start the rear spring is to stiff. I'm going for a 80nm and then take it from there
I posted my settings under the thread "Base Model Fork Springs" which is the one MattM was referring to, if you can't find it let me know and I'll dig it out and post it again, just bear in mind I'm 12.5 stone.. Hope it helps anyway...
mct turned my 1199 pile of shit handling bike into something bit more rideable, they are far far to stiff out the box got no chance unless your 20 stone
