yep its now on P a think that may b the prob as it felt better on F but was to hard may change it back and try a run but weathers shit at moment,
forget P ... will have you leaning backwards as it is only as stiff as F as of 50% travel... then it becomes harder than F.. make sure you have a sprng 5Kg heavier than your weight and go easy on compression damping. let the spring carry you and let the shock do it s job : getting you over bumps...
