  1. Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me if all the swingarms from the 848/1098/1198 series are interchangeable?? I need a different swingarm for my 848 and have found a black 1198SP one..???

  2. Rear wheel hub size is different. You will need to either swap your hub into the 1198 swingarm or buy a large hub rear wheel.

  3. Swingarms are the same, it's the size of the spindle that are different. Along with the spindle bore in the eccentric.
As long as you have an 848 eccentric and spindle, you're good to go.

  4. Thanks for your reply’s.
Yes, I have the original swingarm (silver/aluminium) with everything else attached. The only reason I need to swop them out is the rear shock needs replacing but the bottom fixing is seized in swingarm, the dog bone linkage aswell! Tried everything heat, breaker bars, impact gun that goes up to about 1000Nm, both not budging!

  5. Good luck getting the swinging arm spindle out if the shock and ride height rod is seized…
